Make a privacy request
Ask Koala for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop using it in certain ways. You don't need a Koala account to ask.
What you can ask for
- A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Deletion of your personal information.
- Correction of information that's wrong.
- An opt-out from profiling.
- An opt-out from any sale of your information, or its sharing for targeted advertising.
- An appeal, if you disagree with how we handled an earlier request.
Who can ask
Anyone we hold information about. That includes people with a Koala account, creators whose public social accounts appear on Koala as a profile they never signed up for, and authorized agents acting for someone else.
How we handle your request
We verify every request by email before we act on it. If your request is about a social account, we may also ask you to show that you control it. We respond within 45 days, and we'll tell you if we need more time.
